Due to the size of our kitchen and the scale of our ambition, we do only seat tables of up to seven diners, so please choose them wisely - we have found that those with the most curious souls often make for the best companions. If you have a larger party in mind, please email us about booking out a portion of the restaurant or booking a large party in advance for a tailored menu.

Part of the beauty of a ticketing system is that you pay in advance, and don’t have to stick around to pay a bill. It prevents the end of the meal from becoming a transaction. Unusually for restaurants, 100% of service charges at Lûmé are pooled between the front and back of house teams. The service charge not only enables us to offer our guests an unforgettable experience but it helps us to create the best possible working environment for our valued employees.
We happily accommodate any dietary allergies and aversions as long as we know about the restriction at least 48 hours in advance. Please check with your friends, and email email@example.com about any restrictions, describing them as explicitly as necessary or conversely answer the post checkout question. Most preferences will also be accommodated, but we recommend that diners come with an open mind, ready to try things they might not ordinarily prefer, trusting that with so many courses they will undoubtedly find most things easy to like.

Just like a sporting event, concert or theater ticket all sales are final and no refunds are issued. If however a reservation absolutely must be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or change of date may be given but will be at the discretion of management. However, your ticket is completely transferable. To transfer a ticket, go to the "My Account" area of Tock and, using the upper right navigation pane, select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it, that enables you to put it in another person’s name.
